Golden Oak is a luxury resort community inside Lake Buena Vista that is part of Orange County in central Florida. Golden Oaks derives the name from a venture development with the Walt Disney Corporation with control of the association and the home owners. It was built around a home town feel with nostalgia and festive signatures of the Walt Disney themes and characters. There are several access roads and highways to the community of Golden Oak including I-4, 417, I-92, 429, Florida Turnpike and other back roads. The community of Golden Oak has many amenities including a superior club house, tennis and many other great guest services. The community has close use of the Tranquilo Golf Course and the Four Seasons Hotel facilities. It is close to the historical downtown areas of Kissimmee, Winter Garden, Windermere, Winter Park, Orlando with seasonal fresh market frequent by many locals of the area.
